Delivery Charges
Standard shipping applies below the free-shipping threshold. Orders above ₹2,500.00 qualify for free delivery in supported regions.
Domestic standard shipping: ₹60.00. International baseline: ₹120.00.
Dispatch And Timelines
Orders are processed after confirmation and dispatched based on stock availability, address serviceability, payment status, packaging checks, and logistics coverage. Standard estimates are 2-5 days for serviceable locations, unless a product page, checkout, or tracking update shows a different timeline.
Serviceability
Delivery is available only to supported pincodes and logistics routes. Checkout may block or request support review when an address cannot be serviced, when the order weight exceeds available logistics coverage, or when a COD order requires additional verification.
COD Orders
Cash on Delivery orders may be reviewed through standard platform checks before dispatch. COD may not be available for every pincode, basket value, customer history, or product mix.
Tracking And Delivery Issues
Customers can track orders from the account order page or public tracking page where available. Delays, failed delivery attempts, address corrections, or return-to-origin cases may require support confirmation before another delivery attempt is arranged.
