Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account, delivery, and payment-related information. Login, signup, checkout phone verification, password recovery, and sensitive account actions may require OTP verification by email, SMS, or other supported channels.
Order Handling
Orders remain subject to product availability, serviceable delivery areas, payment confirmation, and fraud, risk, or quality checks before dispatch. Sezhumi may cancel, hold, or contact the customer about orders that cannot be fulfilled as placed.
Pricing And Payments
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and displayed before checkout with applicable tax, shipping, discount, wallet, and rounding adjustments where relevant. Online payments are processed through payment gateway partners, and Cash on Delivery may be available only in supported pincodes.
Delivery, Returns And Refunds
Delivery timelines are estimates and vary by stock, address serviceability, logistics coverage, and payment status. Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy.
